We have revised the farm quote request to give us all the basic information that we need to give you a quote. BUT in order for us to do this we have to have the information. When we have to stop to look up a phone number, the county or the zip code, or if we have to call to find out how many acres there are, this delays us in returning the quote to you, so it is imperative that you provide us with this info. There is also a new field on this form. At the top there is a “Clear Form Field”. This button will clear any info that you have on the form, so be careful and not clear at the wrong time. You can submit the request to us either by hitting the submit button in the top right hand corner or you can print it off and fax it. Keep checking the web site for new and updated info!!
