We had 2 inches of snow on May 3rd! Since then we have had pretty weather, little windy, up to 60 mph gusts! Typically Mother’s Day is the cut off day for no more cold weather. Hope that holds true as the “petunia’s” are being planted, baskets hanging. We have Spring Fever!

May 24th, 1930, a bouncing baby boy, the 9th child of 10 was born to the family. Twenty nine years later, a bouncing baby boy, the 4th child of 4 was born to the family. The STROUD FAMILY! Happy Birthday, Steve L. Stroud and Steve B. Stroud! Father and son have the same birthday!

May 26, 1960, SHE spent the day cultivating. Got off the tractor, went to high school graduation, graduated, went to the church and got married all the same day. Congratulations to Lynn and Nick Cleckler on their 50th wedding anniversary.
