To kick off our “Get to Know Us” series here at Stroud National Agency, Inc we’d like to tell you a little bit about Ms. Diana Parkhill.
For those who’ve been to our office in Ruidoso, you’ve surely seen Diana’s smiling face as you come into the door. If it has just snowed, you’ll either see Diana voluntarily out front shoveling away or you’ll walk into the office on a path she’s gone out of her way to clear. If you haven’t been up to visit us yet, you’re still probably very familiar with her voice as she goes out of her way to pick up calls.
Early to work and one of the first to volunteer or help those in need, Diana brings her expertise to bear once a prospective insured has received their quotes and decided to move forward with coverage. She reviews all the information provided by the agent and prospective insured and makes sure that everything is in order.
Outside of work, Diana is Ms. “Fix It”, tackling any and all home improvement challenges that come her way. Legend has it that she even has a favorite concrete mixer.
If all that’s not enough to drive home that Diana has nerves of steel, she has also held a commercial driver’s license and managed to survive ferrying ornery school children back and forth by bus in a former life.
