For over 60 years, Stroud National Agency, Inc. has served the insurance needs of American farmers and ranchers. We also partner with Travelers Select, Liberty Mutual, and Chubb on small business commercial risks. However, these carriers don’t cover farmworkers.
With AIC, our agents can now offer robust farm workers’ compensation coverage, especially for row crop exposures. AIC avoids group transportation, grain silos, and group housing, and has concerns with H2A employees (foreign ag workers), but is otherwise open to ag risks.
This new partnership on workers’ comp & farm workers’ comp will allow our agents to offer their farming and ranching clients comprehensive coverage that addresses property, liability, and employee well-being. It also strengthens our position in the small business insurance market, offering enhanced protection across various industries.

To quote workers’ compensation risks with AIC or one of our other carrier partners, please provide the following:
- ACORD forms 125 & 130 (all risks)
- 3- to 5-year loss runs (all risks)
Farm Workers’ Comp:
To quote farm workers’ compensation with AIC, please provide the requirements above as well as a Farm Workers’ Compensation Supplemental Questionnaire and answers to the following questions:
- Does the applicant provide employee housing? If yes, explain.
- Does the applicant perform crop dusting?
- Is the applicant a Farm Labor Contractor or Farm Labor Staffing Company?
- Are there any H2A employees (foreign ag workers)?
